Whether it’s onboarding users on your referral link, community management, content creation, scouting for partnership opportunities, or whatever your niche may be, WOO Force will provide support, oversight, and sustainable incentives for you.

Programme objectives:

1. Extend the reach of WOO’s growth initiatives
2. Gain high-value users for WOO X (measured by transaction volume, users referred, and $WOO staked)
3. Create high-impact content to generate awareness in both global and localized demographics (measured in engagements)
4. Translate global content for local communities
5. Moderate and act as frontline support for the global Telegram community
6. Grow and engage localized Telegram communities
7. Scout for high-value external partnership opportunities

Eager to get involved, but unsure of how you can contribute? Our new tiered role system allows you to pick and choose a role based on your own personal skills and interest!

Every role comes with its own set of predefined responsibilities, commitment level, and customized compensation. These roles are:

Tier 1: Content Creator

Tier 1: Referrer

Tier 2: Community Manager (Regional)

Tier 2: Community Moderator (Global)

Tier 3: Partnerships Scout

Tier 4: Growth Partner

Let’s explore what each of these roles would entail.

Content Creator

As content creator, your objective is to independently create high quality content about $WOO and its ecosystem products on social media, posted on your own personal social media accounts.

You’ll tap on your followers that you’ve built up for your personal accounts for engagements, use your influence to generate wider awareness of $WOO, and champion WOO’s narratives on social media.

Commitment level: Flexible

Compensation: Paid per post in the form of content bounties, $WOO amount scales higher the better performing your post is

Referrer

As a referrer, your role is to independently promote your own WOO X referral codes to friends and the public.

You’ll actively look for opportunities to promote WOO Network on Social Media, and push your referral links wherever appropriate.

Commitment level: Flexible

Compensation: Referral link bonuses for referring users who KYC, stake, and trade

Community Manager (Regional)

As a regional community manager, your role is to create, maintain, grow and engage your localized Telegram community.

You’ll organize regular activities and campaigns to keep members engaged, source for partnership opportunities with other local communities for co-marketing (such as AMAs or giveaways), and regularly translate global Twitter content to be posted in local Telegram groups.

Commitment level:Tweet translation (at least 5 per week), Activities (at least 3 per month)

Compensation: Base amount + variable bonus based on members growth, and number of activities ran

Community Moderator (Global)

As a global community moderator, your role is to answer community questions, offer support, and represent WOO Network on the frontlines in our global Telegram group.

You will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and will be amongst the first to know about any product or platform updates and changes.

Commitment level: Daily monitoring, with an ideal response time of <6 hours per enquiry / moderation event

Compensation: Fixed base amount every month

Partnerships Scout

Partnership scouts represent a higher tier in the WOO Force hierarchy and its onboarding will be reserved for members who’ve contributed greatly to the Force.

A partnership scout will help to bring in partnership opportunities with regards to KOLs/Affiliates, other trading communities/groups, other crypto projects or other projects/platforms (trading terminals etc).

Commitment level: Flexible

Compensation: Paid based on every successful collaboration

Growth Partner

Similar to partnership scouts, growth partners are in the upper tiers of the WOO Force hierarchy and are onboarded selectively based on individual contributions to the Force.

Growth partners will contribute directly to help grow our platform’s adoption, trading volume, and provide deep insights on user/product feedback.

Commitment level: High

Compensation: Variable

Qualifications:

Interested participants should have the following characteristics:

• A valid WOO X account for tracking referrals and distributing rewards
• Have a desire to contribute in a way that promotes the best interests of $WOO token holders
• Excellent insight into crypto or financial markets is preferred
• Strong sense of ethics and professionalism to uphold the reputation of WOO Network, WOO Force, and its stakeholders
• Desire to learn more about the cryptocurrency industry, exchanges, trading, and technology
• Being an active member of the crypto community, such as a trading group, project ecosystem, or social media in general

Program rules:

1. Participants interested in joining the program should indicate their interest by filling out this Google form
2. Participants should add their WOO Force role to their social media bios. The role will be public, so participants should be prepared to be active and visible in the WOO Force discussions
3. After a one-month evaluation period, participation will be formalized. New applicants will be evaluated on their reliability, initiative, resourcefulness, and professionalism.
